This is a senior living community as defined by the Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968)[1] and the Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995.[2] Each condo must have at least one person who is 55 years old or older. All the other residents in that condo must be at least 45 years old or older.
